G'day Gerard,

I use a free program from Gadwin Systems called Printscreen. It is the only
one I have found that can capture the drop down menus that appear when I
need to illustrate something in one of my digital photo courses.

It seems to freeze the screen, and you then select what you want to keep. I
haven't tried it with video files, but it is probably worth a try. Just
Google Gadwin Systems.

Enjoy life. This is not a rehearsal

Subject: [Dixielandjazz] Photo from video

After all discussions about downloading YouTube clips I have a question in
Connection with this. I've recorded the sound tracks of some clips and put
Them on CD. Now I'd like to make a CD booklet with a photo from the clip. It

Appears that Printscreen (Windown XP) doesn't work with movies. Does anyone
Know how to do it then? Is there free software to do such?
