Dear Bruce,
You have a choice of at least two versions:
"Give It Up" (Cootie Williams).
Cootie Williams and His Rug Cutters.
Recorded in Chicago for Okeh on 15 Feb 1940
or
"Give It Up" (Paul Barbarin)
Paul Barbarin  and His Jazz Band.
Recorded in New Orleans for Atlantic on 5 July 1962.
Different tunes (I've just checked).
Unfortunately, because of my long-lost reading skills I won't be able 
to compare either with your PDF file.
