[Dixielandjazz] Who wrote "Give It Up"?

I found a tune called "Give It Up" in a fakebook called "New Orleans 
Dixieland Jazz".

I haven't been able to find any information about it on Google. All I 
get are hits for a newer tune with the same name.

I put a PDF file of "Give It Up"

appreciate hearing from anyone who knows who wrote it and when.
