Possibly. But there's nothing in the headers of Phil's email
to suggest which email program is being used. As he said he
is sending from a library it is quite possible they are using
their own program or a web based system. In which case the control
may be very limited. You may remember the hassle Marek had a
while ago.
As he had asked "those that should know", I thought I would offer
the idiot proof, "works in most circumstances" solution.
Phil, if you can find any options along the lines Dick is talking
about, try them. Also anything that suggests plain text or not
html may help. Sometimes there are options to use a "plain text"
editor to compose the email. Have a hunt round all the menus.
I bet "those that should know" don't know everything.
