"24/04/08 - I've just been advised by Steve Voce and Ron Johnson that one of 
'The Greats of British Jazz', the Humphrey Lyttelton died about 8pm this
evening. Steve has written an obituary for The Independent, which will appear on
Monday, and I'll publish the link as soon as I get it."
