A couple of times at jazz festivals a woman in the audience has
been pointed out to me as the daughter of the composer of the
12th Street Rag.  

I, like Euday, grew up in Fort Worth TX.  I saw him play once when
I was probably 4 or 5 years old.

We always believed, and Wikipedia (for what that's worth) backs up
that Euday left no heirs.

Anybody know anything about this?

I'm mystified.
