[Dixielandjazz] Royalties

The latest word from the Harry Fox Agency is minimum license order of
25 units. They charge you $15 plus 1.75 cents per minute, with a five
minute minimum. This is per copy and per song. So the cost per song
goes up really fast as you reduce the number of copies you license.
