[Dixielandjazz] Fw: N.O. jazz, Chicago jazz, New York jazz

Because your statement actually according to my opinion is an insult on the
major influences the African American have had on the development of jazz
in
both Chicago and New York. What was the jazz before Oliver and Armstrong
came to Chicago and Morton learned all races to arrange it? What was the
jazz scene in New York until Armstrong came there and learn the white bands
to swing? You have to learn your lessons before posting "shortest possible
 description" like yours.

There will be no more postings from my side on this matter. I have no
intention what so ever to start a flame debate on this list.
