[Dixielandjazz] request

Hi all,
I have been asked for the verse of  `I left my heart in San Francisco` by someone who is hoping to perform the Spike Milligan version at a Christmas Show.

I have words and music for the main body of the song but  I was even aware that there was an intro.

If amyone has the verse and intro, words and music, or can point me towards a source I should be grateful for the info
