Attn: Jazz historians I'm reading "Bix: The Definitive Biography of a Jazz Legend" by Jean Pierre Lion. On page 11 it is stated that the 1917 ODJB recording of "Livery Stable Blues" earned a million dollars for the band. Anyone know of an additional source to verify that?
