Part of Teddy Bears Picnic is a "Bill Bailey".  It was on the Bill Bailey
list (tunes that follow the Bill Bailey chord progression) I transcribed
from a Potomac River Jazz Club "At the Jazz Band Ball" radio program in
the early 1980's.
