I add my thanks to Bill Taggert for hosting and can say that I thoroughly
enjoyed this event and having the chance to play with Rio Clemente, Ed Wise
on bass, Scott Black on cornet and Bobby Scott on drums. Also, kudos to Pete
Ballance for organizing all the jamming and contributing his trombone sound.

Nancie Beaven posted about this neat event. It was a stunner and the first
time I ever got to play with Rio Clemente, a jazz master. He is a fabulous
jazz pianist and a fabulous guy. Memorable tunes with him were H.C.'s "New
Orleans" and "Avalon".
To hear this GIANT, see below. About halfway through, he gets to Gershwin
and Liza and snips from "Rhapsody in Blue". WOW. He does it all.

Thanks you Bill Taggart for hosting the event.
Cheers,
Steve Barbone
