These 3 organizations demanded payment for what?! A guy playing his own
music? What legal basis could there possibly be for BMI et al to charge a
bar for hiring a guy who plays his own original music? And the court in its
infinite wisdom backs the organization?

How about we figure out a way to break the backs of these SOBs? There must
be a way to hit them in the pocket book, which is the only place they'll
ever feel any pain. What's in store for the next generation? A world without
music? except for what is spoon fed to them by the commercial music
establishment.

If they put everybody out of business, won't they end up with nobody left to
pay their fees? As far as I can see, everybody loses, and nobody wins in
this game.

Maybe if we started playing under water...
