The director of that museum might inquire of the director of the Scott  
Joplin House (Museum) whether she has experience/assistance to offer.   Scott 
Joplin House is in St. Louis--yes, I know, a city not a small town, but  the other 
conditions prevail; i.e., small attendance, hosts live music events,  has 
neglected donation box, paltry budget.  Does being a government  connected 
facility make any difference?  Joplin House is a Missouri  State Resource (part of
