Dear Chuck,
Herewith a compilation of what I have:

Gerald "Jerry" FULLER: (b. Santa Maria, CA. USA. 15 Sept 1929)
clarinet/alto saxophone. Began playing clarinet at school. After
graduation worked with the Jimmy Zito band (1949), was with Will
Osborne in 1950 then joined the 2nd Division Army band (1951-53) which
included service in Korea. After discharge, worked and recorded with
Pete Daily's Chicagoans (1953-54). He fronted own trio in Hollywood for
3 months, then went into Jack Teagarden's band, touring and recording,
for four years (April 1955 - mid 1959) including a U.S. State
Department sponsored tour of Asia and the Far East (Oct 1958 - Jan
1959). Fuller then joined the 'Dukes of Dixieland' (1959-66) and
recorded with them, including the albums with Louis Armstrong. He has
also worked and recorded with Teddy Wilson, Gene Krupa, Lionel Hampton,
Ben Pollack, Wild Bill Davison and Bobby Hackett and during the 1960s
worked in TV orchs for shows including those of Dean Martin, Mike
Douglas, Gary Moore, Ed Sullivan and Jimmy Dean plus the Bell Telephone
Hour. Became regular performer on US and international jazz festival
circuits as a sideman and featured soloist into the 90s [and perhaps
beyond - I have no current information].

Kind regards,
Bill.
