[Dixielandjazz] [Dixieland] fake books

I may be wrong.  But I think you are confusing the fake Book that Louis did 
for the Firehouse Jazz Band, with the famous Firehouse 5 + 2 led by Ward 
Kimball.  Don't think they have a fake book.
