[Dixielandjazz] Iridium OKOM Program Notes

The Iridium Jazz Club in NYC has some interesting OKOM programming, in
between the modern jazz, for the next 2 months. (I Included Elvis who is
popular with many on the List).

Could this be a trend to tuneful music in jazz clubs? (or what's left of
them?) NAH, not the way the nay sayers see it.

However, if there are any jazz bands/musicians on the list who wish to
explore band marketing possibilities, they may want to contact Jim Eigo,
(The Nighthawks are one of his clients) or visit his web site. That
information is at the end of the below excerpt from one of his promotional
e-mails below. Surf his site, especially his thoughts on e-mail which can be
adapted to direct snail mail as used successfully by listmate Larry Walton.
