Jazz cornetist Bix Beiderbecke was born 104 years ago in Davenport, Iowa. To
celebrate, WKCR in New York city is presenting a full day of the music which
Bix wrote and played. Interestingly, the station is also playing the music
of Bix as interpreted by others as well as Bix's recordings.
