If you suddenly stop receiving posts from DJML, it could be for one of two
reasons.
1. you changed your e-mail address but did not change it with DJML.
Also remember that DJML does not let anyone post to the List unless they are
a member. This cuts down on SPAM being posted to DJML.
Thus, if you have more than one e-mail address, only post to the List with
the address that you are subscribed under.
2. Posts from DJML to your address bounced more than 3 times in a row.
When this happens, the DJML software assumes that it is a bad address.
Important. It does not unsubscribe you. The software puts you on Vacation
hold. Thus, trying to resubscribe with
the same e-mail address will not work.
If this happens to you, try taking yourself off vacation hold.
If you cannot accomplish this, then send an e-mail to the DJML Asst.
Moderator, Dave Haupt srdaven at yahoo.com and Dave will fix you up.
Two more notes:Please remember
Please remember to change the subject line to better reflect the subject in
the text of your message. If a thread started out on one subject and then
gradually changed to another, make the change in your subject line.
Also, if you receive the Digest format, be sure to take the Digest info out
of your subject line and put a correct subject in.
Please delete unnecessary text when quoting. Only leave enough so that we
can tell what you are responding to.
And one more thing:
When posting a reply to DJML, before adding the DJML address, delete the
original sender's address. If you do not do this, then he/she will receive
two copies of the same message, one on-list and one off-list.
Thank you.
