Gosh, Bill, I've actually got something that you've never even seen! I'm the 
proud owner of "The Reluctant Art" by Benny Green originally published in 
1962.

There are 40 pages devoted to Benny Goodman. I'll re-read these in the next 
few days and let you have a resumé of the parts relevant to the present 
discussion.
