Dear Steve,
"Chimes Blues was copyrighted in May 1923 by Jelly's mate, Joseph 
Oliver.
"Mournful Serenade" was recorded and retitled by Jelly in June 1928
However, composer credit on the original Victor label of "Mournful 
Serenade" by JRM was given quite correctly as [Joseph Oliver].
