[Dixielandjazz] Band signals

Whatever is in use where you are is what you use  and they aren't usually 
hard to figure out.  One of the band leaders here uses a V with his fingers 
held sideways (a little peace on the side) to indicate a repeat.

Band directors use one or two fingers for endings but those are confused 
with key change signals if the group was an improv group.
