For users of Firefox there is a tinyUrl plugin that adds a create tinyurl
to the right click menu. It lets you right click on the page you are
viewing and select create tinyurl. It then copies the new address to
the clipboard ready to paste into an email.

Just go to the firefox plugins page and search for tinyurl
