[Dixielandjazz] "The Guinness Jazz Companion"

This is one of my all time favorite jazz books. On a whim, I searched
Amazon.com and was delighted to find it's still/back in print.

"The Guinness Jazz Companion"
Peter Clayton; Paperback; $14.95

In dictionary format, it basically is a reader's guide to mainly antique
jazz and UK trad. One still needs Chilton for biography, but it answers
questions like "What is a Bix?" Loads of photos, maps of key city jazz
areas, etc.
