Nancy, I think your referring to Kash's concern about the background chattering. As I recall, he specifically noted that a little chatter about what's coming up is fine. What he discerned was an extended conversation.
Because Jonathan is so young, all the more reason to teach professional courtesies by example.

on the clip I just posted about. So please, remember that while some
musicians are talented enough to jump on stage and wing it, they still need
to exchange a few words to plan within those brief moments during someone
else's solo.
