You can find Milenberg Joys information at the below site. Plus you can view
the sheet music there. Note that it was published (copyrighted) by Walter
Melrose Co. in 1925 and therefore, as Bill Haesler said, not in public
domain.

Note also that Melrose listed themselves as "lyricists" thus double dipping
in the monetary rewards. They did this frequently with many tunes, by

As an aside, Melrose company is charged with screwing many composers such as
and especially, Jelly Roll Morton. That is one reason some of the musicians
on the DJML view the copyright and licensing laws as bogus. To understand
