Only slightly OKOM, but on April 13, 1954 Louis Armstrong made four sides with Gordon Jenkins' Choir and Orchestra. In the 10 strong choir a singer by the name of Ray Charles is named. The well-known Ray Charles was 21 years old at the time. The first track at this session was "Bye And Bye". Could this be the first recording the famous Ray Charles made?
