Again Gentlemen:

Let me state that all terms of description are not necessarily
derogatory at all, We get some of the finest sippin whisky in the world
from Kentucky and Tennessee squeezed from Corn. :))

Just because it's a bit corny sounding to some, don't mean it's Bad or
not enjoyable to others :))

 Cheers,

 Tom

 Dear Charlie,
You were doing very well until you said:
"I call them‹take a deep breath‹mostly corny. As mentioned earlier, we
just
don¹t have an untainted vocabulary to apply to those old-style bands.
It¹s
not ³early jazz² in the sense that Oliver, Louis, the NORK, etc. were.
We¹ve
inherited terms like ³corn,² ³razzmatazz,² ³Mickey Mouse,² and ³cartoon
music.² If we could adopt a term like ³razzmatazz² or defuse ³corn² of
it¹s
pejorative connotations, those terms might be generic descriptors of
the
 music we¹re talking about."
 But I forgive you.

 Kind regards,
 Bill.
