the WW1 and KC collections show the cover AND the music, except those where 
"12th St Rag" is shown in the thumbnail.  They couldn't get firm permission 
to use the images of those sheets.
All this and A LOT more is housed at the UMKC library here in good ol' KC, 
MO.

Amazing that they've managed to do something right, 20+ years after I 
graduated (which probably wasn't right of itself...)
