[Dixielandjazz] Jazz Plug-in for Internet Explorer 7

A new jazz link tool?  This is for use with Internet Explorer 7 which 
still appears to have some bugs with some systems.

This link may have been posted before on the DJML If so, here it is 
again.  It is worth a look and adding it to IE 7 for DJML members I 
believe.
