Hey you N. California Band leaders, this might be a place to
investigate for some OKOM Gigs, sure an excellent place to get some
OKOM Promotion and meet some potential new fans. Also would be an
excellent place for you Trad. Jazz Societies to go set up a table and
Promote membership in your organizations and publicize your events.

"Music in the 1890's, 1920's and 1940's".is a new exhibit that opens
January 3 and runs through mid-April at the Museum on Main, 603 Main
Street, Pleasanton.
The displays will highlight the exciting history of music in the
three eras that produced important musical styles, artists songs. The
displays will include sheet music, clothing and instruments.
Admission to the museum is a $2 per person requested donation. Museum
hours are Wednesday through Saturday, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Sunday,

About the Museum On Main
The museum, supported by the Amador-Livermore Valley Historical
Society founded in 1963, is the former town hall that was constructed
in 1914 with funds raised by the Pleasanton Women's Improvement Club.
The museum offers local and regional history exhibits, history lecture
series, special events and parties, member events, community projects,
walking tours, photo & document archive, historical research, history
library, museum shop, art gallery, student education program, volunteer
programs and a newsletter.
