A guitarist friend who died a few years back, Dr, James Condell, has left
his large music collection to the Marr Sound Archives in Kansas City:

James' collection includes 6,700 pounds of books, journals , sheet music,
song books, instructional books, video tapes, and sound recordings (among
them 3,851 LP's & 3,336 cassettes).
 
James & I became friends when he took a sabatical from Moorhead University
(Minnesota) & studied guitar for a year in Spain.  He returned for a shorter
visit some years later.  His lovely wife, Dr. Yvonne Condell keeps in touch
with us every Christmas.
