It would appear that Bb contradicts the previous contention that nothing 
escapes from a black hole. I would guess, based on the Theory of Relativity, 
that the Doppler effect is acting like mad here as the black hole struggles 
to keep its integrity by dragging the Bb back to its bosom. Therefore it's 
highly probable that the Bb generated in the heart of the aforementioned 
black hole is at a much higher frequency, e.g. maybe 61 603 840 Hz (give or 
take a Hz).
There's no problem with measuring the Doppled Bb because the wave crests are 
so far apart that all you need is patience in order to count and time them.

By the way, Elazar, you don't have to worry about the difficulties of 
conceiving the black hole's Bb. The black hole generates the Bb by 
Immaculate Conception.
