[Dixielandjazz] "Double-tongueing"

No, "double-tonguing" is not "doodle-tongueing." This won'ty be news to most of the brass men on the list, but I wanted to set it right.
   
  I never "double-tongue" bedause imo it is a gimmick if used in jazz. I do "doodle-tongue" in certain situations.
   
  Someone wondered on the list if "Teagarden doodle-tongued?" My opinion is that he did not, but rather had his own personal tonguing technique that few have mastered.
