I can't say I've seen any of the smaller [cornet, trumpet, 'bone]
instruments in plastic, but plastic Sousaphones have been around for years.

Have there ever been plastic "Brass" instruments? Other
instruments seem to get made of plastic, but I've never
seen a plastic trombone or trumpet.
