In every list that I have followed over a period of several years, I find  
repetitive themes.  Newcomers don't usually read a couple of years of  archives. 
 They just sign up and start reading.  So when I come across  a repetitive 
idea I don't take it personally, decide that it is  necessarily meant for me, 
etc.  I just hope it was helpful to someone  newer to the site than me, scroll 
through and delete.
