[Dixielandjazz] Bone players (was "Don't miss this!")

Well I watched the whole of this video, and, as a bone player myself, I 
looked out for guys playing two pairs of rib bones - one pair in each hand. 
I didn't see any, much less someone playing a T-bone.

I also play trombone, and for me it's not too much trouble to write out the 
name of the instrument in full.
