Hear some of the West Coast's most popular classic jazz bands and musicians
at nine of downtown Placerville, finest venues at the 19th HANGTOWN JAZZ
JUBILEE on Sunday, October 7, 10:15 AM - 5:00 PM, on Historic Main Street,
Placerville, California.

Here are nine great reasons to come to town. Midnight Rose Jazz Band will
set the tone in the morning when the saints go marching in for Gospel Music
at TOWN HALL; they will again excite you with their unique style of
Dixieland Jazz in their afternoon set.

Bob Schulz's Frisco Jazz Band will deliver toe tappin' and foot movin' West
Coast style traditional jazz at the I.O.O.F. HALL.

Bob Ringwald's Fulton Street Jazz Band will show you what the heart, soul
and sound of Chicago style Jazz is all about at TOMEI's.

And That's Jazz will give you hard-driving Chicago style traditional jazz at
the famous CARY HOUSE HOTEL.

Polly's Hot Paupers will take you to 1930's Chicago with their traditional
New Orleans jazz ensemble sound at THOMAS KINKADE GALLERY'S patio.

Catch Sugar Willie's Ragtime and Honky-tonk Piano at CENTRO COFFEE HOUSE.

Slack is back! Expect to hear blues, stomps, ragtime, ballads, and
spirituals by Mike Slack's New Orleans Jazz Band at the COZMIC CAFE in the
historic Soda Works Building.

King Cotton Jazz Band will give you all they've got with powerful Dixieland
Jazz at FOUNTAIN PLAZA.

Have your cioppino and hot, hot jazz too with the dynamic Al Manaresi
Combo-Sensible Sounds at POWELL BROS. STEAMER.

This awesome jazz will move your spirit, and you can add to your fun, fun,
fun by dancing at most of the cool venues!

Start the day with lively Gospel Service Music followed by a Parade
featuring a Youth Jazz Band, Costumes, Parasols, Red Hat and other Societies
and Vintage Cars.

See outstanding jazz era attire at the Costume and Parasol Contest. All are
