[Dixielandjazz] Copyright fees to Arrangers

How do you pay copyright fees to arrangers?  I played a concert a couple of months back and had it recorded.  There are enough PD tunes on it to make a CD.   While the tunes are PD the arrangements are not.

Who do I contact? Can I go directly to the arranger if he is known?  Is there an organization such as ASCAP?  What happens if the arranger isn't a member?

What is a reasonable fee for a tune?
