[Dixielandjazz] Clarinet solo -- who was first?

And current bands that play the song are usually berated by "Trad  
Nazis" if the clarinet player does not "do the Picou" exactly as  
Picou recorded it!

So much for improvisation...

of Congress is correct ;-)
