Hey Larry: I remember a drummer that was in the navy and showed up to
inspection with the neck of a tee shirt inside his dress blues, just
the top and no socks. That is why the bandmaster used to place the
band in areas that was the most difficult for the inspecting officers
to get to. On a ship, that is not too difficult
