[Dixielandjazz] A modest proposal

"A Modest Proposal" was a satirical piece by jonathan Swift (of
"Gulliver's Travels" fame), where he proposes that Irish babies be
exported to America as meat; that way people would take good care of
them.  Very well written, albeit shocking, but then, one should bear
in mind the then prevailing conditions.
