Took me a minute, but I finally caught on that you were talking about the
results of Hurricane Katrina...  When you referred just to 'The Flood', I
took it to mean Noah's Flood and I started wondering to myself just how old
this Allen dude is anyway.

Before the flood, there was a street band (I can't remember their name) that
used to play in front of the Cabildo in Jackson Square. They used to be real
accomodating about letting me sit in with them.

Please let me know if they're still there - - I haven't been back there
since the flood.
