[Dixielandjazz] OKOM and festivals

[Bill Allen]

Mostly just little jazz combos, there's a "Shreveport Jazz Ensemble" which
is mostly band directors and gets the ocaisional festival or casino gig, but
there are some pretty good combos and individual musicians.
