A few years ago at the Sacramento Jazz Jubilee (now renamed Sacramento Jazz 
Festival), Randy Reinhart had a broken arm or wrist.  He played the entire 
festival on trumpet with his left hand.  You could not tell the difference. 
He played wonderfully.
