On Sunday, November 12, 2006, from 1:00 to 5:00 PM, the Napa Valley
Dixieland Jazz Society invites you to enjoy an afternoon of traditional
jazz featuring:

JassCity Jazz Band

At the Lodge, 2840 Soscol Avenue, in Napa, California.

Directions from Vallejo/Fairfield:
Go north on Hwy 29 to the "Lincoln Ave." off ramp. Go right on Lincoln
to Soscol, left at Soscol to the Lodge. The Lodge is only about 0.2
miles past Pueblo Ave. on the right.

Directions from Sonoma/Santa Rosa/Petaluma:
Going east on Hwy 12/121 from Sonoma, go north (left) at Hwy 29 to the
next exit ( 121/Imola Avenue/Lake Berryessa ) and go right.  Take Imola
to the 5th light which is at Soscol Avenue and go left on Soscol about
3 miles, through 8 traffic signals.  The Lodge is only 0.2 miles past
the 8th traffic signal at Pueblo Avenue on the right side.

Admission is $ 10.00.  If you belong to another trad jazz club, you can
get in for $ 8.00.  For members of Napa Valley Dixieland Jazz Society,
admission is $ 6.00.  For ages 12-17, admission is $ 3.00 and children
under 12 get in FREE.  The Napa Valley Dixieland Jazz Society meets on
the SECOND Sunday of each month.  The program, which starts at 1:00 PM
and lasts until 5:00 PM, has 3 sets by the featured band alternating
with 3 jam sets.  Jam Set musicians are welcome!

The Jasstown Revelators, formed by Jim & Sherry Hubbart in the early
90'a, quickly became a local and regional favorite, performing at many
jazz clubs, festivals and public and private venues.  In late 2004 Jim
retired and turned the helm over to Bob Sakoi.  All the key players
stayed on.  However, subsequent to Jim's untimely passing in January
2005, the Revelators name was retired.  The JassCity Jazz Band will
carry on with the same swinging beat, those most requested fan favorites
and some new numbers, all in the tradition started more than a decade
ago by Jim Hubbart.

Spacious Dance Floor.  The lodge has Food and a Full Bar.

One month later, NVDJS will feature the Port City Jazz Band on
Sunday, December 10th,  2006 from 1-5 PM at the same location.
