[Dixielandjazz] Piano tuning

Years ago, concert grands were sometimes tuned just a smidgen high, 442 or 
444 so that they would be a little more brilliant against the orchestra.

I was a piano tuner 45 years ago but quit.  Don't know if this is still the 
practice.
