My wife and I met Jerry on the plane to Logan, Ohio for the first washboard 
festival there. My wife and I have good memories that event and Jerry will 
always be a big part of that. Last time I saw him was at the Jazz Jubilee in 
Sacramento a couple of years ago and you could tell he was suffering.
