[Dixielandjazz] Coda on Love For Sale

Hi All,

In Philippe Baudoin's chord book, he note a coda on Porter's Love For 
Sale.  (see http://www.massifjazz.com/tunes/Love_For_Sale_g.jpg)  This 
coda is transcribed in Claus Jacobi's book. (see 
http://www.massifjazz.com/tunes/Love_For_Sale_m.jpg)

The question is : Was this coda written by Porter?  If not, then who 
first played this coda?  Any takers?  On Baudoin's page, he lists some 
of the artists that recorded the tune.
