[Dixielandjazz] Recording CDs

I started recording on CD's in 1985 and found about
10% unreadable now. No connection to brands of CD's.
Luckily I kept the original tapes. So I think copying
every 10 years might be a good idea.
B.t.w. none of my "gold" CD's deteriorated.
